Children's Book Awards: Caldecott Medal

Children's Book Award Winners in the CRC

The CRC is a branch of Maag Library located on the main floor of Beeghly Hall.

The CRC contains children's literature, kits, games, puppets, manipulatives, and books in the fields of education, special education, school psychology, and counseling.

You MUST have a valid YSU ID is able to borrow CRC materials.

Randolph Caldecott Award

According to the American Library Association website: "The Caldecott Medal was named in honor of nineteenth-century English illustrator Randolph Caldecott. It is awarded annually by the Association for Library Service to Children, a division of the American Library Association, to the artist of the most distinguished American picture book for children."
