As you look for your measurement tools, you will come across items that REVIEW a tool and items that actually provide a COPY of the tool.
A review of a tool will look something like this one below. It will include the author, purpose, intended audience (ie: children vs. adults) how the tool was tested for validity, and it's availability.
When you actually get a copy of a tool, it will provide instructions on how to administer the test and how to score the results. It will also have a list of questions or surveys that you will administer.
