For the protection of all patrons and staff, facial coverings are required at all times (covering both mouth and nose) in Maag Library unless you are alone in an enclosed study area (ex. study carrels). Do not move furniture as it has been spaced for physical distancing. Food may only be eaten in the Maag Café area on the 3rd floor. Covered drinks are allowed elsewhere. Cleaning Supply Stations with disinfecting spray, paper towels, and hand sanitizer are located throughout the library so you can make sure your study area is safe and clean.
Exam Rooms have computers and webcams for taking online tests. YSU proctoring software is installed. Ask for a key at the Circulation Desk. There are 10 rooms on a first-come, first-serve basis for 3-hour periods. The rooms have disinfecting supplies provided.
The Curriculum Resource Center is located on the first floor of Beeghly Hall. They have amazing resources to help education majors and student teachers.
The Maag Lobby is a great place for individual study.
Maag Café is located on the 3rd floor of the library. Currently, this is where you can eat in the library. Covered containers are allowed elsewhere in the library.
The Computer Lab is located on the main floor of the library for computer use, printing, and scanning. This is also a great space for individual study. Computers, furniture, and seating are spaced out for physical distancing, so please leave furniture where it is placed.

Group Study Floors are located on 3, 3A, 4 and 4A. White boards are located throughout the library. Furniture, including seating, are spaced out for physical distancing, so please leave furniture where it is placed. 3-person maximum per round table, 2-person maximum for rectangular tables (one at each end).
Silent Study Floors are located on 5, 5A, 6 and 6A. White boards are located throughout the floors. Furniture, including seating, are spaced out for physical distancing, so please leave furniture where it is placed. 1-person maximum per table.
Enclosed Individual Study Rooms are located throughout the library. Checkout a key at the main floor Circulation Desk to be returned by the end of that day. Handicap accessible carrels available.
Two Group Study Rooms (3-person maximum) are located on the 4th floor for first-come, first-serve use. Each room is equipped with a monitor and laptop connections. Cords are available for checkout at the main floor Circulation Desk.
A Group Study Room is available in the back right of the Computer Lab for first-come, first-serve use.
Two Podcast Rooms are located on the lower level. Checkout a key at the main floor Circulation Desk. Rooms are equipped with microphones, MAC computers with updated software, and headphones.
